Ralph is what you would call a remidial genius. He's an eight year old in his first year of fourth grade of Springfield Elemetary School. He is good at sleeping and acting. Ralph's cat's name is mittens. It's breath smells like cat food. His father is the chief of police. The best day of his life was when the doctor told him he didn't have worms anymore. He enjoys eating school supplies (mostly glue). He is not allowed to use scissors, or the oven. That's our Ralph!

Ralph is always trying to cheat off Lisa. Lisa on the other hand, never cheated. Except for that one time when she bought the answers from Nelson.
